* Make sure that you have booked into your inspection time through our website or realestate.com.au so that we know you are coming.
* If the advertised inspection time doesn’t suit, get in touch with our leasing department to discuss when anther suitable time will be available.
* Make sure that you arrive at the viewing on time as our leasing team generally has back-to-back inspections arranged so will only be at the property for a short time.
* Ensure that you are ready with any questions that you may have ready to ask at the inspection.
Remember, for an even smoother process, you can submit your application online before the inspection so our leasing team can process as soon as you have viewed the property.
