Quick Tip - WINTER AIR-CONDITIONING
Winter is here!
Before you pack away the aircon remote, there are a few things you can do to maintain your air-conditioner to ensure it is in good condition when summer rolls back around!
- Keep the filters clean!
- Make sure that the outside unit is free from debris or garden growth.
- Ensure you test your air-conditioner occasionally throughout winter so that faults can be identified and repaired before summer.
- Report any air-conditioner maintenance as soon as it is noticed so that your Property Manager can have it services before summer when many contractors are busy.
