Quick Tip - Extra Occupants
If you have extra people moving into your rental property it is important that you let your property manager know – even if they are friends or family!
- Your property manager must know who is residing at the property – even if they are your friends of family they still must be known.
- Any extra occupants must fill out an application to go to the owner for their approval before they move into the property.
- You can be breached for having an unapproved occupant so it is really important for your own history that you have extra occupants approved.
